Bonjour, j'aimerais réaliser cette recette. Pour la fermentation les 2 levures se mettent en même temps ou une au début et une autre bout de 4 jours ? Bonne journée
désolé pour la réponse tardive, je mets les deux levures en même temps, attention ça démarre très fort la fermentation, on brassage :)
